Understanding Your Balance, The Fetch System, and Linking Additional Emails
At Filmhound, we understand that flexibility is key. Whether you owe for pending services or want to prepare for future orders, our Fetch feature allows you to add funds to your Archives at your convenience.
Understanding Your Balance
How It's Calculated: Every time a client’s order is checked in or a return order is placed, the amount is added to their balance. Pending services are tallied up, and clients are notified if their balance falls below the total pending amount.
Chronological Order Completion: If the balance covers any of the pending amounts, services are completed chronologically, and a "Fetch" email is sent for the remaining service amount.
The Fetch System
Using Fetch: Clients receive a Fetch link via email or can access it after signing in to their Archives. A simple click and they're ready to top-up their balance.
Linking Additional Emails
Automatic Updates: To ensure your balance automatically updates, make sure your email is linked to your account. Need to link a new email? Just visit your profile settings.
